Smart grid engineering · Malaysia
ESG Asia brings engineering, integration and field execution together to build dependable, connected power systems.
A focused engineering partner for utilities, infrastructure owners and delivery teams navigating the transition to intelligent power networks.
We connect protection, control and automation into one reliable operating environment.
Who we are
ESG stands for Enhancing Smart Grid. We help Malaysia's substation industry advance digitalisation through practical engineering and technical services.
Our goal is to strengthen local capability and build deeper smart grid expertise in the market. We currently serve projects across Malaysia and provide remote technical support to customers in the ASEAN region.
What we do
Our scope covers Substation Control Systems (SCS), Substation Automation Systems (SAS), Remote Terminal Units (RTU), Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), SCADA gateways (SGW) and SCADA systems.
Technical planning and engineering support for modern grid infrastructure, with an emphasis on clear interfaces, dependable operation and future readiness.
Engineering and deployment support for Substation Control Systems (SCS) and Substation Automation Systems (SAS), including control, monitoring and HMI functions for new and existing installations.
Integration of Remote Terminal Units (RTU), Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), SCADA gateways (SGW) and SCADA systems so field and control-centre information moves reliably.
Structured factory and site testing, commissioning coordination and technical close-out to move projects from design intent to working assets.
Practical engineering assistance, troubleshooting and system support that helps teams maintain performance after handover.
How we work
Clarify the operating requirement, existing environment, interfaces and project constraints before defining a solution.
Translate requirements into coordinated designs that consider protection, control, communications and field realities together.
Test methodically, document outcomes and resolve interface issues before the system enters operation.
Support the people operating the system and retain the technical context needed for future changes.
